EMI LAW OFFICE was founded by Atty. ENGRACIO M. ICASIANO in March, 1999 after retiring from a government position at Quezon City Hall. Retirement brings with it a mix of relief and excitement, but Atty. Icasiano finds himself yearning for continued engagement with the legal profession and providing free legal assistance to those who cannot afford legal representation. He was then a solo practitioner but now has associate lawyers who work under his guidance and supervision, contributing to the firm's success while gaining valuable experience and mentorship.
